Older versions of the CompuServe software include a DLL that may interfere with song downloads. Check your \windows\system or \winnt\system32 directory for RpaWInet.dll.

If RpaWInet.dll does not exist on your machine then check the troubleshooting page for more help.

Otherwise, verify that you have version v3.02, build 183.0 or newer by looking at the file properties from Windows Explorer. 

• If you're not using CompuServe then simply rename the file xRpaWInet.dll 
• or you can download a newer version from the CompuServe site.  Answer the questions on the forms until you reach the "Virtual Key Software Download" page. Scroll down to find the "RPAWINET.DLL for Windows 95 and NT" section and download RpaWInet.dll and replace the older version of RpaWInet.dll in your system directory.
