why am I hanging
during song download?, or, why does my song download fail with the message
"Error retrieving keys?"
If you are using a Netscape browser then its proxy settings probably conflict with those defined within your Internet Properties Windows application. Microsoft aligns these automatically for its own browser, but not for Netscape! Here's the easy solution.
If you are still having problems after checking your proxy settings,
then perhaps you have an old version of a conflicting CompuServe DLL. Check
RpaWInet.dll.
